Free vs coach premium vs organization plans
Core coaching is free: teams, live outcome scoring, stat entry, box scores, lineups, schedule, RSVP, chat, equipment, family invites, and player exports. Paid plans add extras on a team or an organization.

- Unlimited teams for a coach, with baseball and softball settings.
- Live outcome scoring and post-game stat entry.
- Lineups (including DP/FLEX and courtesy runners), defense, and dugout cards.
- Schedule, RSVP, calendar subscribe, chat, equipment, and family or fan invites.
- Free player data archives and player stats CSVs for authorized families and coaches.
Coach premium
Coach premium is billed per team. Every coach on that team can use premium features. Typical public pricing is $12/mo or $120/yr, with a 7-day trial from Account or the team premium card.
- Pitch-by-pitch live scoring and hit spray.
- Live game streaming and player clips (beta until V.3 acceptance): 60 ready-clip minutes per team per month and one concurrent live stream; families watch free.
- Chalk Talk (private chat grounded in the team roster and stats), lineup and practice suggestions, training assignments, and opponent lineup-card scan.
- Full-team CSV exports, player cards, game recap PDFs, and public share links.
Organization plans
Org plans cover multiple teams, divisions, standings, an org player pool, and org-wide tools. They are separate from coach premium. Start a trial before you create the org.
Parent invoicing tracks amounts due. Families can pay online after the coach finishes Stripe setup, or pay outside the app and have the coach mark paid.
