Invite families and fans

Invite a household

1. Open the team, then Settings, then the Invites section.
2. Choose the players in the household and add parent emails (or phone, where invite-by-phone is available).
3. Review drafts. Send when the list looks right — import does not send mail by itself.
4. Share the invite link if email bounces. Recipients create an account or sign in to accept.

Family vs fan

• Guardians see player stats, schedule, RSVP, chat they are allowed, and amounts due.
• Fans can follow games only (or games plus stats, depending on the invite pack).
• You can grant a household helper permission to score or stream this team’s games without making them a coach.

Guardians inviting fans

Linked guardians can invite additional fans from Household (Account → Household). Use a games-only calendar share when you want grandparents on the schedule without full stats access.
