Invite coaches and set permissions
Head coaches invite assistants from team settings. Each coach keeps their own login. Permissions control who can write lineups, stats, schedule, dues, and equipment.
Send a coach invite
- Open team Settings, then Coaches.
- Enter the assistant’s email and choose permissions (lineups, enter stats, manage schedule, and similar).
- Send. They accept the invite without losing other coach or family access they already have.
Scoring and streaming helpers
If you only need a parent to score or stream on game day, grant family game-day duties instead of a full coach seat. Helpers are not coaches and do not get team admin tools.
