Delete your account in the app

Signed-in users can permanently delete their account in the DugoutDesk mobile app: open Account, then choose Delete account. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Request account or data deletion by email

If you cannot sign in, you can still request deletion of your DugoutDesk account and associated personal data without using the app.

Email us from the address tied to your account (or explain which account to delete if you no longer have access to that inbox). We use your message to verify the request before deleting data.

What to include in an email request

To help us process your request quickly, include:

• The email address used for your DugoutDesk account.
• Whether you want your full account deleted or only specific data removed.
• Any linked player or team names that help us locate the right records.

What we delete

When your account is deleted (in the app or after we approve an email request), we delete or deactivate:

• Your account credentials and profile information.
• Push notification tokens and mobile device identifiers linked to your account.
• Personal settings and notification preferences stored for your account.

What may remain

Some information may be kept for a limited time when required by law, billing records, fraud prevention, or active disputes.

Team stats, schedules, roster entries, and messages you contributed may remain visible to coaches and linked family members until a coach removes them from the team.

If you need player roster information removed from a team, contact the coach or organization that manages the team in addition to submitting an account deletion request.

Timing

We aim to confirm receipt within a few business days and complete eligible deletion requests as soon as practicable.

If we need more information to verify your identity or locate your account, we will reply by email.
