Team chat
Open Messages from the top nav or the team Messages tab. Chat supports mute, reactions, edit and reply, attachments, and announcements that families can acknowledge.
Find the conversation
- Use the global Messages page to jump between teams, or open a team and choose Messages.
- Post to the team thread. Use announcements when you need everyone to see (and optionally ack) a notice.
Keep it usable
- Mute a thread if you do not need every reply on this device.
- Edit or reply instead of posting a duplicate.
- Families only see chats they are allowed to see.
